1. Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been shipped.
If there are any delays due to high demand or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you.
2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We are not responsible for delays once the package has been handed over to the shipping carrier.

4. International Shipping
We ship to most international destinations.

Customs processing may cause additional delays beyond our estimated delivery times.
5. Order Tracking

Tracking updates may take 24-48 hours to appear after shipment.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us. We will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.
Stolen Packages: If tracking shows the package was delivered but you did not receive it, please check with neighbors or your local post office. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
Damaged Packages: If your order arrives damaged, please email info@disishop.net within 48 hours with photos of the damage.
7. Address Accuracy & Changes
Customers must provide accurate shipping information at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Address changes cannot be made once an order has been shipped.
8. Shipping Restrictions
Some items may have shipping restrictions based on location or carrier regulations.
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes for certain oversized or high-value items.
